Develop a safe, fun, effective Daily Practice in just 30 minutes each weekday with a dynamic group of non-judgemental women just like you.

That's 20 do-able, highly effective yoga classes a month for $39.

Mindset, movement and meditation -- and can we mention mobility? -- this intentionally homegrown, accessible, gentle and intimate practice gives you the skills to develop a daily yoga sadhana.

First, we establish mindset. Then, together, we start with 10 minutes of embodiment practices, move into a 10 minute series of all-levels yoga postures, then sit to meditate for 10 minutes.

It's short, sweet and unbelievably powerful.

Most yoginis sit for an additional minute -- or 10 -- in meditation after we close class but if you need to move on with your day, you are good to go.

Who teaches Daily Practice?

Daily Practice is led by master teacher Kat Whitney, an educator and coach working in the field of human potential for more than 30 years. Incorporating a variety of disciplines including yoga, developmental neurobiology, self inquiry, individualized learning, and a broad range of ethical, philosophical and spiritual traditions, Kat has created a powerful tool for your self realization. With an Ed.M from Harvard University, research in the field of ADD and the highest levels of certification in yoga and mindfulness, Kat provides you with an  innovative, holistic program to help you discover and develop your most embodied self and personal true north.
